We will be re-sawing pieces for a raised panel door out of a log

We will be routering rail and styles and panel pieces for the door.

Topic 4: The Sanding Mop, Approx 15 mins
We will be sanding the pieces of the panel door before assembly

Part 2 – Finishing off the raised panel doors (flat sanding, end grain sanding, paint and varnish removal), using fences, making your own box joints, making dovetail joints, using power carving tools (such as Powercrafter, Roto Raspa)

We will be finishing the raised panel door

Topic 2: Bandsaws
We will be making pieces for the router joint demonstration and box joint demonstration
Topic 3: Router Joints, Approx 10-15 mins
We will be making fancy dovetail joints and box joints
Topic 4: Box Joints, Approx 10 mins
We will be learning to make standard box joints
Topic 5: Power Carving Tools, Approx 10 mins
Carving Topics: The Powercrafter air turbine tool, carving on metal, glass, and wood, The Roto Raspa (the carving tool for hand grinders)
Topic 6: Bad Dog Bits, Approx 5 mins
Bit Topics: Straight and Around Corner Drill Bits, Life Time Warranty, Carbide Tipped Forstner Bits
