I went to the Oshawa show and it was a blast. Was able to see a lot of little products that don't usually get seen at the big shows because of the numbers and the pace. Any way I had a great time and I enjoyed this type of show very much. It has several advantages over the bigger multiseller shows in the up close info that you could get, one on one demos and the ability to get the those doing the demos to show you over again if you were lost about something. - Oshawa, ON

I went to the Kingston show and it was the best experience to see everything up close and personal. When you attend the huge shows like Toronto your always at the back of the crowd, and there is too much going on for the demonstrator to chat one on one. I attended the 'Free Woodworking Seminar' in Moncton two days ago. I wasn't sure what to expect. I had invited two fellow woodworking enthusiasts to attend as well but they unfortunately had conflicting schedules. I would like to thank Paul Moore (and Mike) for the time they spent with me during the afternoon. The value I received in one-on-one discussion and demonstrations changed me from never wanting to attempt raised panel doors, to wanting to get setup as soon as possible to give them a try.I hope this can be an annual event. - Moncton, ON
